I work across industries and have developed solutions for manufacturing clients, public utilities, financial services organizations, and life science and health care product manufacturers. Previously, I spent ten years as the CEO of an internationally respected information design consultancy and also served as the Global VP of User Experience for a large predictive analytics firm.
My educational background is in Cognitive Psychology, with a secondary focus on organizational theory. In practice, this has formed the basis of understanding how and why people interact with information and analytics, with a particular emphasis on user experience and behavioral design. This is grounded in a solid understanding of both data science and strategy.
